1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Fanaticnode service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Fanaticnode provides:

  • Managed IT services (MSP)
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Security services including endpoint detection and response
  • Remote monitoring and management (RMM)

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Host illegal content or conduct illegal activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Resell services without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Billing

  • Managed services are billed according to the signed agreement or statement of work
  • Project work, onboarding fees, and add-on services may be billed separately
  • We may change pricing at renewal or with the notice required by the governing agreement

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for business accounts. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

6. Service Level Agreement

Response targets, coverage windows, and any contractual service credits are defined in the applicable service agreement, statement of work, or published SLA documentation. Public website content does not override signed contractual terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Fanaticnode and its licensors retain all rights to our services, software, trademarks, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to services will be revoked
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANATICNODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fanaticnode and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution
